Design Activity with Vizcom AI

Overview

In this activity, you will harness the power of Vizcom AI to create a unique and innovative design. Using AI-driven tools, they will explore new creative possibilities, blending their imagination with cutting-edge technology to bring their concepts to life.

Objective

By the end of this activity, you will:

• Understand how to use Vizcom AI as a creative design tool.
• Create a unique, custom shoe design inspired by their personal style or interests.
• Learn to communicate design ideas visually and effectively.

Steps

1. Brainstorming & Sketching
   • Brainstorm your ideas for a design.
   • Go on Google Images, Pinterest, or any other site to get inspiration
   • Consider factors such as style, target audience, and innovative features.
   • (optional) Sketch your rough ideas on paper before transitioning to Vizcom AI.
2. Creating with Vizcom AI
   • (optional) Upload sketch your initial designs directly in Vizcom AI.
   • Start sketching and designing in Vizcom AI
   • Use the platform’s AI-driven tools to enhance your sketches
     • This is where prompt engineering comes in
     • You can be as simple or as descriptive as you want. Make sure you include the type of material, the background, and general direction you want the AI to take
   • Experiment with different styles, colors, and materials until you arrive at a final design.
3. Refining the Design
   • After creating the base design, you can further refine it by adjusting details in your design.
     • Use the Lasso option to select a specific section of your new design to make small changes.
   • Ask those around you for input on your design.
4. Presentation & Feedback
   • Once your design is finalized, you can submit it to StreetCode to be entered in a raffle.
   • Discuss the inspiration behind your design and how Vizcom AI helped you achieve your final product.
